NW Washington | My WAG would be that if the whole tree is affected you are out of luck and that severe pruning will not help. Then it is prune with a shovel as they say or whatever it takes.
I suspect that you are not the first guy to have this happen and that some smart weed scientist or horticulturalist/orchardist at your state Ag college could come up with a better answer. Or try www.google.com and ask about herbicide damaged pear or apple trees. | |
