Subject: 24D and temperature

East Central Nebraska
I want to spray pre-emerge for soybeans this week. (Prowl H2o plus 24D) Expected high temperatures are in the 62-65 degree range. Is this too cold for 24D to be effective? Should I just increase the rate or wait for warmer temperatures?
