Is there any more detail as to what happened exactly? What was the site you referred from? Would be good to know what to look for so we can avoid this happening here.

I did a google on China hacks, but came up empty on recent activity. There seems to be a scam going around with Google Adsense and Blogs with hidden code making the blogs more popular and thus bumping up their ranking with Adsense. The hackers somehow pofit from this undertaking.
