we have issues with millipedes in our high residue corn fields. They eat decomposing organic matter, or a nicely germinated corn seed. they can be very damaging. They are not an insect, so poncho does not control them. they are more closely related to the crustation family. Delayed planting can help reduce damage since they tend to move deeper in the soil profile as it warms.
