| The GFS weather model is the main weather model from the NOAA in the US. Its where your forecasts originate. This one and the European model are the 2 main models that traders watch for forecasts. Ed, they were calling for a freeze in the 10-15 day time frame, I really dont understand why they try to predict the weather out that far anyway, let alone getting the next day right! Anyway the traders watch theses models in the spring/summer and a change can also bring a big change in the markets. Surprise you never heard of/don't know what I'm talking about. | |
