Looks to me like you could make your own to bolt on the front of your tractor loader.  Take some worn discs off of your double disc drill and put 2 on each side going back into a V.  Have the blades sharpened up so they cut as they roll.  Then back by the loader edge have a piece of steel mounted that is sharpened to finish cutting the middle.  There doesn't appear to be anything special to it.  Dad was pushing some out of my pasture with the corner of the loader about 4 years ago.  Get at ground level or tipped to go into the dirt about an inch is all it takes and the come right out with that horsepower.
