| Where exactly is the null modem cable supposed to go? I purchased a similar kit from Agleader and it came with a null modem cable that fits nicely in my box of GPS cables that no longer/might someday fit.
I am using an EZ-guide 500, and just plugged into the serial port with the agleader cable, which was then spliced into the wiring harness that goes to the mobile processor. All it takes is two wires. I had to change the output of the serial connector in the 500 setup page. It now seems to work (haven't had the chance to try it in the field yet.) | |
