Yes Leica has already tested mojoRTK on CORS networks in Europe and will be testing on both Leica CORS stations and Trimble CORS stations in North America over the Spring.
mojoRTK has a built in CDMA cell module which will be used to connect to the DOT CORS server. The cell module is currently used for Virtual Wrench service, but when it's in normal operating, mode it can be used for RTK CORS corrections. It does not cost extra - only the dataplan will cost extra.
For those with scratchy cell coverage on their farm, again, can I suggest the 3 watt CDMA booster from JDTeck (not a Deere company). They state you can get a 50 mile boost in range. Obviously that depends on many things but our experience is that it is plenty of power for most areas and it significantly reduces dropouts. mojoRTK's suggested working range is 18 miles from a CORS station but it can work at longer ranges if you don't mind a little less accuracy.

They have a specific mojoRTK kit ready to go but can do any custom work as well.
For my long-term views on CORS see my past posts.
