I follow the strong feeling that running a smaller plate with higher air pressure is better than right sized plate with correct air pressure especially in no till and flat seeds because it eliminates doubles when planting flats, can only fit so much in that little cell without getting knocked out and with notill fields being not as smooth the higher air keeps the seeds in there cells better.

As for the E-Flow it is a mixture of talc and grafite that precision planting came up with to make their E-Sets work better and talk with greg sauder the owner of precision planting and he told me just to try some
