Applied an emergency treatment of 50 lbs. actual N on those fields yesterday, by air. Over a half inch of rain last night, and looks like another full day of rain. I plan to apply another shot whenever the ground firms up.
That pilot must either be a rookie or does not like to fly close to the crop!
A light crosswind will cause drift with the fertilizer the higher one flies.
How many don't have their wheat topdressed?
