They said they have an exchange program. The newer the unit, the less the cost to exchange. Mine is 2 years old and was told it should not cost too much or maybe nothing. Deere has a waiting list of 25 units before you can get one. These are reconditioned units not new. Sure beats $5000 ! Thanks for all the responses, KAD
