What you are saying illustrates how important a dealer nearby is. The best piece of machinery is nearly worthless if dealer support is too far away. We have an excellant Case-IH dealer within about 14 miles and two mediocre JD dealers in the same distance. That is one reason why we are mostly Case IH.
