Subject: RE: Versatile Disks

Rivers, MB
We have a 1978 Versatile 28' disk. They are the same as an Ezee-on disk. Ours has been very reliable. We use it for breaking up grass/pasture areas and for breaking up freshly pushed bush/trees. It has seen a lot of hard work and is standing up very well. Only regular maintenance issue is the bearings for the gangs. They are a bear to change. They are a very heavy disk. Much heavier than most other kinds of disks out there besides maybe a newer Wishek disk or the old Rome breaking discs.
