What year of drill is it? The early drills had more grease zerks on them which if greased will help to keep the pivot points free. If everything turns free I wouldn't be too worried or at least no more than on any other drill. Check the drive chain to make sure it doesn't have "kinks" in it from setting for five years. Setting inside is a big plus.
