Find the longest truck you can and then measure it-then add 15 feet for workbenches and walaround room. Then add 20 feet because every building is always 20 feet too small...then 20 more until you run out of money. :)
Sorry that wasn't much help-seriously though I never heard anyone say their building is too big...
