Subject: Need help trying to put a JD9660 series STS feeder house on a 9650 series STS.

SE South Dakota

We figured most things out at the dealer but the gear case off of the old 50 series has to be put on the 60 series feeder house (60 series uses hydraulic and 50 series is the cable system) The gear case is smaller on the 50 series and to use the brackets on the 60 series they would have to be shimmed up or something. Any one tryed this or have any ideas on how to make it work?
