Should be a little one way valve to on the incoming air line. I have had them get stuff in them over winter before and shut off or reduce flow. Also check and make sure the solinoid valves are cycleing fully on top the tank. The ones I ran in my coop days worked well for marking ends because they would build up preasure through the field and when you hit the foam valve they would blurt out a good stream.
