We went throught the same thing last year. We have a bandag recapper up the road about 30 miles. They looked at the old one and made us one. Basically just a low pro recap with the center carved out. We actually like it better than the factory tires because it is carved out of a truck drive tire and the lugs seem to not seal in beans as bad on the ones you drive over on a splitter row. Don't remember for sure but think it was right around $200.
