SW Ohio | put this here so you would see it, how about a Hotsy steam cleaner for hot water source, or could hot wire an electric household heater to boil over, caution ---would require supervision, If you can get 500 gallon of hot water in the milk tank it would only lose 10-20 degrees a day.
Good luck finding a milk tank, like said scrap prices have consumed anything stainless, and the old tanks make great fuel tanks or chem storage etc, even the big dairies want one for calf milk.
