C&R is a good source, but why not go right to the source? Call 800-243-5435 for Raven technical help. It's a little busy this time of year, but I'm sure C&R is too right now, especially if you didn't buy your 460 right from C&R. Raven will be able to repair your keypad if that's really the problem. From the way you describe it, it may be.
