Subject: RE: red fife wheat

About three years ago I saw something on local TV about a farmer
growing organic red fife(I thing) in Saskatchewan. I can see there
could be a market as red fife is still most likely the best bread
milling wheat in the world. The U of S did grow plots of red fife
for the genetic pool. You could contract crop science department
in the College of Agriculture located in Saskatoon.
