I don't think it is staged from the reaction of the guy. However, I do think someone snuck into the cab and engaged the pump without him knowing. The person yelled Zoe about at the end as if to let them know to get away from there. If that is true, someones butt is grass and there is a POed guy that is going to be the lawnmower. Seen it before, but it still makes me crack up rather loudly.
