West Michigan | Not legal here to put on five years worth of removal. Does NV not have any rules on that? Consider yourself lucky if they don't. Spreading 100 ton around here would get you a big fine!!!!
Just had to take an exam last week to get certified to spread ect. We really need to get rid of our Dem Govenor. Every large livestock operation(CAFO) needs a discarge permit and a manure management plan (CNMP). Once you apply and get all that in place each farm needs a certified operator. | |
