Subject: Outback, Beeline, and the Dream GPS Unit

Does anyone know when beeline software will be integrated in with Outback products?

Also, given that a lot of the companies in this space keep combining, does anybody have a sort of wish list for combinations? Obviously, some GPS products are better in some areas than others--so I'd be curious whether those with experience using different units have any thoughts worth sharing.

It seems the technology here keeps getting better each year. How do you guys think about buying a product this year only to probably see a better one come out in the year following? Obviously the payback is pretty good on one's investment, but would be interested in other comments. For instance, do you guys think it's better to buy a unit that can be upgraded easily rather than a cheaper one that is basically stuck in time?

Thanks in advance for any replies. I've been reading and reading but still learning...
