There is a youtube video of the Oregon DOT trying to dispose of a dead, (long term dead), beached, whale with too much dynamite.
Way too much dynamite!
It sort of rained rancid blubber on the spectators and news crews. And anyone else in a large area.
That film is used in the ciriculum at Iowa State engineering as how not to do things.
