If you jack up one side you can turn one track by turning the steering wheel. Push in the clutch and brake, then put it in a low forward gear, then take it out of gear and leave the shifter in the neutral position next to the forward slot. Turn the wheel right or left and the track should turn relatively slowly. I usually pull them up on a block prior to jacking that way I only have to jack it up enough to get the block out then I use a big jackstand in the front under the weight bracket and a bottle jack under the rear.
