We are hauling a JCB Fastrac (16000#) from IL to Ohio Sunday and then home Thursday. Have a 1 ton dually with tandem axle gooseneck. Don't know anything about scales. Do we have to cross them if they are open? Any help on this subject would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
