South-central Nebraska | Need to find debt financing, simple as that. Recent changes in the ecomony, stocks, housing as well as corn and ethanol price have all contributed to lenders second guessing the ethanol indutry. When things change and debt financing comes into place this plant should take 6-8 months to finish/complete. This will partially depend on how fast the contractors and equipment can get back here and start getting supplies to finish. Just met with the Altra General Manager in Nebraska tonight. | |
