If you want to do NH3 right, I would look into the Raven Accu Flow. In order to get accurate readings from a rate controller for NH3 you have to seperate the liquid and the vapor so the flow meter can read it properly The accu flow does this for you. Raven has a very good controller that is proven. Call the folks at FEI in Valley City Nd they can set you up.
