your bushings are worn so bad the grease journal is gone. Better check it out closely. I caught my 4440 in time to replace the brass wear bushings, pins, etc. before it got into the cast. This was after I learned the hard way on a used 4755MFWD. Had to take it all apart and have the cast piece that is part of your front end and contains the steering box etc. bored oversize and a bushing made to press back in. It will save you a lot of work and expense.
