I've tried many too and just found this liquid Carnu-B wax, i know you hated anything with Carnuba in it but i have tried it on trucks, tractors and cars, steel, plastic and fiberglass, the stuff works, shines nice and comes off so easy, try it you'll like it.
Wax on = Easy......Wax off = PITA!
