north central Oklahoma | I don't follow the big hangup on the price of filling that thing up. If you are going to put down XX# per acre, does it matter whether you fill the tank up once or 5 times. As far as I know, it holds about the equivalent of 5 regular 4200+/- nurse tanks. I can often run 4 or 5 tanks out in a day easily. The "N" price bites in and of itself, and only if I can't get to my own work in time do I call these guys, because at $10/acre for rolling coulter/knives or $13/acre for sweeps (last fall's prices,prolly higher now) I would rather put my own on and spurge on the "N" and save a little custom costs. | |
