| look at a hiniker strip till system friday. Look fairly heavy but would like to have any inputs from anyone that has one or seen it being used. My thoughts are that its a costly fertilizer applicator,question if it could take the abuse of hard tillage (rocks) and depth limitations.
Positive note I like the way the cart tuck up close and cleanly had the fertilize tubes plumb. Salesman stated using a toolbar with a 7 foot hitch length with the lift assist cart there was very little draft on hills. Has anyone seen hi wear points on older models ,would like to look at this new unit to see if hiniker address the problems. I had a black hiniker cult. 20 years ago and could never hold it on the slopes but it never left a weed in its path. (very heavy ) Appriciate any comments on there strip till system.
