| Auction was in late June. But the owner filed chapter 11 the day before the auction. He got out of treatment in
Granite Falls three days before the auction (Meth) . He recently filed chapter 7, so the bank can now sell the machinery. Many upset people that day. One guy drove over 150 miles for a semi tractor. He was very POed. Banker
received the phone call at 11:00 the day before the auction and had to pull all the owners machinery from the consignment auction. It all stayed stayed on the lot. Old lumberyard all fenched in. | |
