East central ontario | Our new 1590 drill is in and same old metering system on this drill as with our old 750. Does anybody have a better idea for the grass tubes other than to be shoved in the meter opening. Sometimes it it hard to see runs being plugged with the tube shoved in there. I like the grass seed mixed in with our cover crops with good soil contact,consistence depth etc. So running the tubes outside the meters dosen't excite me. TIA. | |
