NW NSW Australia | Thats interesting the dearler didn't mention that the original wouldn't give extend mode yesterday when I ran this all by him. He suggested that that they might bootstrap it (wipe the operating program and do a fresh install).
The original is giving a position when set as a base which you can view in info. However the status is just showing initialising, the radio serial no. is shown so it is communicating with the radio.
