Chad, I think what he's asking is why not just pop out the 2600 from the 4920 and swap it into the 4930, rather than go through changing the licenses, etc. Except, of course, you end up with a year old monitor in your new sprayer. But, do the licenses live in the 2600, or do they live in the sub components?
The warranty on the GS2 that comes with a 30 series sprayer so that's why you would not want to do that. As mentioned, as long as you have the serial numbers and challenge codes from each GS2, the transition takes no time at all. The AutoTrac and Swath Control Pro activations reside on the display. |
