We visited Rosario, Santa Fe, and Cordoba. It was only a one week trip, but I, too, didn't want to leave. I'll second your observations about beautiful land and beautiful women. I still think their land is reasonably priced compared to land in our area. I wonder what kinds of hoops an American would have to jump through to buy land down there? It's worth looking into.

Also, I wonder if they have changed their minds somewhat about the crop rotation.  I saw VERY little corn, and I know I was in corn country.  It was almost all 1st generation beans, or young beans planted in wheat stubble.  I'd say there were 5 bean fields to every corn field.
