dave morgan - 2/26/2008 22:55 bear in mind I am a novice when it comes to raking hay but I always tried to roll the hay in the same circle, trying to make a hollow windrow that would dry without fluffing or turning. Hard to do that with converging windrows, looks like to me. Maybe I made it too complicated.

It can be done with rakes like in the pic and simular brands. Adjusting the rear width and speed - pull two widows together and leave a space or wind tunnel between them . . . .
