that you purchase one with a UL listed fire rating.

Also give some consideration to the installed location such that it will not fall thru a wood floor in the event of a fire.

There many brands and models. You can never buy one that is too big. If they say it is a 22 gun model then that means that you can get 12 - 15 guns in there comfortably. You will be surprised what you put in a safe to keep secure.

Depending on where you place it, an interior lighting package might be desireable. Most just use clear rope lighting.

I've got a Browning Medallion series however there are many brands and models as you have found. Just like buying refrigerators. Find the size you need first. Select the options that you need and/or want. Shipping & installation is a big deal as far as cost. Negotiate prices without shipping and installation first. Then if you want it you will find out what shipping actually costs. Going out of business sales are a good place to look for a deal.
