2005 F150 Supercrew, 3:73, 5.4, 15mpg, mostly 70+mph highway, light towing 12mpg. I'd look at the 2004+ trucks, newer body style and the 3v 300hp 5.4. Only issue with the 04+ trucks is the sparkplugs can sieze in the head and break when you try to take them out, they (Ford) do have a tool to remove them.
