| i have my neighbor cash rent a couple farms from me. (in illinois) i pay 25% of the lime application. as far as tile goes, i have a backhoe so if there are any repairs, i dig the holes, and the tenant usually scares up some tile to patch what needs to be done. he has keys to my buildings, and can use the backhoe anytime he needs it. i think it depends on the relationship with the tenant/landlord. he takes good care of my ground, he helps me and i help him whenever the need arises. | |
