North Central Iowa | Sorry to disappoint you, but unless I really misunderstood the previous post, they are using air to pressurize regular totes. Nothing special made for air, just putting a dip tube in and running a fitting to them to force the product out. It said in the post that they were using about 20 psi, but I find that really hard to believe. Maybe that's what their regulator is set at, but I doubt that a plastic tote would take 20 psi for very long. Maybe the product moves out fast enough to keep the pressure from building up and causing a problem. It apparently works for them, but doesn't seem like the safest idea to me. HTH, Mike |
