That's a Sunflower disk. I've yet to talk to anyone who was unhappy with one. I just bought a 29 ft Sunflower 1434. Neighbors bought one I think just a little bigger. 
edit: WOW! In the time it took me to post that everyone jumped in! Looking closer I see what you are talking about now. The disk is in 4 sections instead of 3. I'd seen photos of this in Sunflower literature but I've never seen one in person. Here is a photo of one in use from Sunflower's web site
