I grow for Allen Canning. Almost all canning contracts are very similar. With Allen they pay for seed, trucking, harvesting and they will pay for insecticide that is flown on, you need to buy your own herbicide. I need $6.89 corn to compete with sweet corn. If you can grow filed corn you should be able to grow sweet corn. The big thing with sweet corn is it does not take stress as well as field corn.
