I was talking to a fellow a few days ago that was telling me about a new liquid Fert. It only requied a few gallons per acre compared to older formulations. It was also a lot less corrosive that previous liquid fert. It was also cheaper.
I do not know the name of it. It sounds like if its too good to be true it usually is.
