Subject: Tender trailer for spraying

Hi Fellow Farmers

I have a 48ft van trailer I want to convert to a tender trailer for spraying.

The plan is to put in two 2500g upright tanks over and slightly ahead of the trailer axels (want to be able to unhook this rig loaded.)
Plan to install a 12ft overhead door on one side and at least a man door on the other side, this would be in front of the tanks or the work area of the trailer.
This area would have chemical inducter ect.
Front of trailer I want a smaller tank for AMS and also a 500g cone bottem tank for unused chemical need to be able to rince and mark this tank so I know what is in it!!!
Room in beteen to hang tote bags for empty jugs and skids of chemical and piles of empty cardboard boxes to burn on a day when Im not busy???

Now I want a generater to run lights, drill for mixing chemical in inducter, small chemical pumps ect. So why not put in a Larger generater and run electric transfer pump????

How many watt generater would it take to start a 3-5 hp electric moter on a pump??? Looked at 5hp 240volt 3600 rpm moter rated at 19 amps.???

What do you think?
