I've been doing scatter plots as well for many years in Canada, with different brands of receivers, and the results are always interesting. A note of caution on your HDOP chart. It is very difficult to predict much more than a month or so. You should load a new almanac into your prediction software each week. If you see a spike coming 5 months out, I can guarentee you that by May the spike will be gone as the almanac is updated.

CDGPS is fast becoming a wonderful correction for northern lattitudes, and it does work throughout all of N.A. I'll post more if anyone is interested.
