Do you get all your equipment updated for that? What if the information you get from the shop doesn't solve the problem, do yo still have to pay? What if the updates have software glitches, who pays for the diagnostics? Just a few of the many questions that come to mind? I would like someone who works for a dealer that has such a support agreement to respond.
