The current firmware for the EZ-Guide 500 is 2.00. The next version will be 3.00 that will include some new patterns, new EZ-Steer settings and some new input/output options. The V4_1_0 you mention is the firmware for EZ-Steer to work with the EZ-Guide 500. I see that alange beat me to the answer. It's hard to get ahead of him.
